AMACO Velvet Underglaze Set fire true to and have the soft look of velour when unglazed. Glazes can be fired to cone 05/06 for detailed design work or up to cone 6 while maintaining their intensity and brightness. Glazes are intermixable for a variety of colors. Sprayable.
- 12-count set includes one 2 oz. (59 mL) jar each of V-308 Yellow, V-388 Radiant Red, V-317 Coral, V-321 Lilac, V-322 Purple, V-326 Medium Blue, V-332 Teal Blue, V-341 Blue Green, V-345 Light Green, V-314 Chocolate Brown, V-370 Velour Black, and V-360 White.
- AMACO Velvet “V” Underglazes for bisque and wet/unfired clay.
- When left unglazed, these liquid ceramic pottery underglazes have a soft, velour look. Glaze with clear matte glaze for a satin finish, or gloss glaze to intensify color.
- Mix to create hundreds of colors.
- Apply to wet/bone-dry clay before firing, or on Cone 04 bisque and cover with a glaze before firing to Cone 05-10.
